      We closed on our condo on Sept 2 2022. In ********. Vineyards. There were some problems with our hardwood floors by the stove and refrigerator they scratched the floor and also the floor boards had crowned in places .They sent a ************ to look at it and he said the floor problem was caused by humidity in basement was higher than first floor and told me to run my dehumidifier in basement even though it was winter to balance humidity with first floor and that would fix problem . I did as was told and problem did not fix itself. Have been trying to contact customer care by phone and email .I received one email saying that she has been trying to reach me by phone and email but she is not truthful because no one else is having trouble reaching me , my cell phone records all calls she is not answering my calls and since she was able to send me that email it shows she has the right email address please help
