    *********************** was supposed to cut down 3 trees and grind the stumps. He cut down the trees but did not grind the stumps because when he arrived at the house, he said he could not secure a ***** grinder to rent. I paid him in full for the work. He said he would be back the following day to grind the stumps. ***** even texted me that he would finish the job. He never came to finish the job and did not reimburse me for the price of grinding the stumps. I had to get somebody else in to grind the stumps because I needed the job completed by the weekend since I am planting grass.Neither ***** nor him mother has responded to my calls or texts and even blocked me on messenger. I want to be reimbursed for the price of the stumps.
