    We hired this tree company to remove trees and trim branches from my step sons house he just bought a days before!! They had brought in a bucket truck to help cut down the green.. It must of had a broken hydraulic like, because we had a brand new paver patio put down for $6000 and it wasnt down 25 hours and they ruined it.. every paver on the 25x20 patio was damaged. They threw all the branches on the patio instead of the grass area, Never once did they say there was an issues or we told us the patio needed to be covered. When I questioned what was all over the patio I was told it was tree sap just wash it and it will come off.. I paid $2500 cash to the owner ***** ******************** and I know this because she told me that all equipment was hers and she drives the machines. I took a picture of me paying her and the men who cut trees down.. When I called my ***** to come see patio he arrived as they were leaving and he said the oil was on the patio not sap.. He spent 2 days trying to remove it and it wont come up.. I notified company right away. It was on every brick. We had to pay to remove all the bricks and re-Do patio .. We told the company to return the $2500 paid to remove trees.. They refused and now I had to pay for the new patio. They owe me a full refund.. we have had the entire patio replaced as my daughter in law as you can imagine was beside herself with all the damage .. Not only did they ruin the patio but they stained 1/2 the driveway.. Companies should not be allowed to do this.. When I told them I would file a complaint they laughed .. but they should not be allowed to work in ****** or Suffolk heavy equipment like this if they are not safe ( and they are not if Apollo long oil everywhere ) they knew what they were doing and didnt care!! I had another worker at the house and he told me they told him to mind his business in ******* when asked what was all over the bricks, why I called the ***** to come look.. brown spots are oil cant be removed
