    This is HORRIBLE. I have sent in the invoice payment information twice already yet they keep on sending me bills and are now threatening putting me into collection! I don't know what to do. The address on the return envelope is Sundial Editions PO Box **** Central Islip *************. There is no way to contact anybody with the number provided. You can't leave a message or speak to anybody. Truly a nightmare!

    The Better Business Bureau cannot help you, because it was created by the companies themselves. I have an old 2000 planner, and today, 16 December 2022, I tried to find out if I could get another one of these planners, and landed in this website. I will investigate and try to find out if I could develop my own planner company tailored similarly to them. Please stay tuned. Happy Holidays.

    There is a serious problem with this company that needs to be addressed. They keep charging my credit card for annual planners and I want it stopped. I do not want them anymore. I will be reaching out to my credit card company because I have no other choice. I literally have called customer service 27 times today and it goes to a voice mail that does not have a way to leave a message for a return call. I see now that I will never stop getting the planners unless I cancel my credit card which is what I intend to do and let the planners come and stop sending them back which is what I also intend to do. There is NO WAY to communicate with this organization. I fully believe that it is fraud. I tried 5 other phone numbers that I located on line and no answer. I don't even know how I started getting these in the first place. The name of this off shoot company ***** ********* is ******* ********. Please investigate. The ** box on the bill is ****, Central Islip, ** *****
