    I placed an order with Silhouette Stylez on 04/23/2025, and they stated that my order would be processed within 1-4 business days and I payed for shipping that would set my order to arrive within 4-6 business days. I have yet to receive any updates regarding my items and purchase. I spent $115.19 and Im seeking resolve whether that is the items I purchased or a refund.

    On March 29th and April 4th of 2025, I placed separate orders on the business website. As of today, I have yet to receive the items purchased or a status update since April 22nd, 2025. Ive requested a refund via ****************************** the contact listed. I was told the item was out of stock but not offered a refund nor resolution. Despite their claim that the item is out of stock, it is still available for purchase currently. This is simply FRAUD to list an item for sale that is unavailable without notifying the purchaser. After researching online, I realize that this is a normal occurrence with this business unfortunately. Im shocked the business can still operate with these type of practices. Buyer beware!

    Ordered April 10th 2025 Standard Shipping 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS On April 11th I received a "thank you" email for my purchase from ********* at Silhouette Stylez.On April 27th I inquired about my order. This is 12 business days after purchase. I was told I needed to wait 1-3 more business days.On April 28th I received an email from ***** at Silhouette Stylez stating:- Were very sorry, but were currently unable to fulfil your order. Here's why: The item you ordered was in limited stock and, unfortunately, sold out quicker than expected.- Weve also been experiencing some unexpected logistics challenges and supplier-side delays.- Our quality control team rejected a few units to ensure that you dont receive a defective product we never compromise on quality. - We're working closely with them to restock as quickly as possible while maintaining the high quality standards you expect from us. As soon as the item is back in stock, well prioritize your order and dispatch it immediately. - Please rest assured were doing everything we can behind the scenes to resolve this quickly and ensure a smooth experience for you moving forward. On April 30th I asked for a refund with no response. On May 5th I asked again for a refund and got no response. After looking into it and seeing the review I realized I was scammed. A girl I work with was wearing the pants, and told me she got them from this website. I did not expect to be scammed... I want a refund, but more than that, this business should be shut down for illegal practices.Thank you,***** *********

    I order a two piece set on May 30, 2015. I received N email a week later saying my item will be shipped. No communication since. I reached out three times via email. No response from the owner. It has been over a month since I made the purchase.

    I placed an order with March 18, 2025. I never received the item. I contacted the company 2 times initially with no responses. They finally responded and said the item was out of stock and they were checking for more inventory. I informed them that I did not want another item because it had already been well past when I should have received the item and that I wanted a refund. They emailed me again telling me the item was out of stock but again did not address refunding me because they dont have the item in stock.

    Placed an order 1 month ago was initially told it would be an additional 1-2 days before item was shipped (a total of 5-7 days). After 5-6 email/ messaging attempts over the span of a month with no response. The shop reaches out and says they don't have the item and they'll send it when they have it. With no inclination of how long that may be after multiple requests for them to refund the item. This site is a scam.

    On March 23, 2025, I placed an order on Silhouette Stylez's website. The payment was processed successfully, and I received an order confirmation email. However, since that date, my order has not been processed, shipped, or fulfilled in any way.I attempted to contact the business multiple times via email to request an update on my order status, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication and failure to provide the products I paid for is extremely disappointing and ***************** this point, I am disputing for a full refund. I believe this business is engaging in deceptive or negligent practices, and I would like this issue investigated and resolved promptly.

    Silhouette Stylez operates with completely unethical business practices. They falsely advertised their shipping and fulfillment times, took my money for express shipping, and failed to deliver within the promised timeframe. When I reached out for an update, they repeatedly lied about my order status and have since ignored my requests for a refund or *************** this point, their lack of communication and refusal to provide any resolution makes this feel like a scam. They have no regard for customer service, and their shady practices should be investigated. I strongly urge others to avoid this companyonce they have your money, they make it nearly impossible to get any response, let alone the product you paid for.I am demanding a full refund immediately and will be escalating this matter further if necessary.

    Hello, Id like to file a complaint about this business. The owner is false advertising. The model is advertised as wearing a medium. ******* both have the same body type, so I purchased a medium. I purchased 2 items from this store in a medium based off the advertisement. The pants fit perfectly. The dress did not. Upon coming to the website, she offers 20% off on orders made within 15mins. (Pictured below). I spent almost $80 after tax & shipping. There is no indication at checkout stating that you have to buy ALL ITEMS at full price just to get an exchange or a return. I sent a message to her on Instagram on Friday 3/1 @12:21am, because I noticed she was posting more of her products. I didnt get a response. She finally responded in the message on instagram on Sunday 3/3 @1:31pm stating to send an email & allow 24-72hrs for a response. I emailed her on 3/1 asking if I could get some help with exchanging the dress for a bigger size. I even explained that I DO NOT want a refund. I actually want to wear the dress. She responded to my email saying I do not qualify for a refund/exchange because I purchased her items at a discount. I responded back stating that I would pay for the shipping BOTH WAYS just to get the proper size. Then asked if I am still being refused service. She has yet to respond to my emails. It is unfair that she gets to keep ALL customers money, and they are in able to use the product. May I have some help resolving this situation? She only allows a 1-2w timeframe or returns after the delivered date.

    We inform the customer that everyone body type is different just because someone states that they were a medium does not mean them and the model has the same body type. We have never experienced any complaints like this from a customer about false advertisement. We also have our return policy information on the company's website.

    You can not be refunded because it says on the company website that we do not do exchanges or returns on items purchased with a discount code. It is very unfortunate that the consumer did not read the return policy before shopping. We have customers who reads the return policy information and ask questions and we would of been glad to help with any questions the consumer had about the return policy. However she did not contact us till after she made the purchase and wanted to initiate a return.

    I ordered an item early August 2023 and still haven't received it. It hasn't even been released to the carrier for shipping. I reached out to the business a few times with no actionable solutions from them. Given the complaints, I believe this is a scammy entity. Do not purchase from them.
