    I have received Smithsonian planners from this company for many years, but since the Pandemic, I no longer have a need for them. I've tried calling the customer service number ************ to cancel future orders, but no one ever answers the phone. I get a recorded message to call back when they are not busy. I've been calling at random times for over a year.

    I was finally able to reach someone through the 800 number and was able to request cancellation. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    **********************************, my boss' elderly mother, has a subscription with *********** Planners. Which she has had for years. However, she will be ************. We wanted to keep the subscription, but needed to update the address. We attempted to call the number listed on the ordering slip we receive in the mail. Yet, we never receive an answer. We have been attempting to reach out for nearly 3 months. There is no website, no REAL number, and lastly their address is a P.O. Box. Comically enough the letter reads as follows; "If you wish to order additional copies or for further assistance, please contact our **************** Representatives at: **************, Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm, Eastern Time." Liars.

    I have spoken with *** ****** and confirmed the address change for Elizabeth Brown's Planners standing order has been changed for future shipments.  At this time, I did take the opportunity to review the product sent to *** ***** annually.  I also provided *** ****** with an additional Customer Service telephone number for her convenience.  This issue has been resolved to her satisfaction.
