    Hello,I used Darien Maggin Photography for my wedding in 2017.She had provided a access pin number to the file that held all of my photos.When using the pin in May of 2022 I found I could not access my photos. I emailed her and told her the issue. She told me via email not to worry and that the code ends after 4 years, which I was un aware of. She them told me that she would get my wedding photos to me but to be patient because it was a busy season for weddings.I said that was fine. I reached back out several times, months later via email, text message and also phone calls explaining that I have waited patiently and that now the summer wedding season is done that I would like my photos.She has ghosted me, not calling me back, not emailing me back, blocking me from social media etc.I explained several times that all I want are the photos and don't want this to go to court, however I can't believe that a professional would not understand why I would want my wedding photos.We had problems with her at the wedding not taking VERY important pictures and I let it go after she promised prints that I never received.I am now just asking her to give me my photos and to move on from this issue once and for all.I honestly can't believe that she won't give me what was promised in May of 2022. I look forward to moving forward on this and not giving energy into something that could be resolved so quickly and simply!Thanks you for your time in this matter.
