    Terrible customer service. I ordered a runner for $100. The rug had large ink prints on each of the ends. It looked like marker or ink. When you call customer service there are never any representatives available. I finally got a response to my online request. They asked me to send a picture of the damaged rug. I was then notified that I could get a refund in 7-10 Days. It has been over 60 days and no refund and I can’t get anyone to respond. I guess I am “out” $100 and a rug that I cannot use.

    I ordered a rug on 9/10/24 and they did run my card and charged me for the rug. $337.50. I have not heard from the company since, no updates, no tracking, nothing besides a bot reply saying shipping takes 1-2 weeks. That was on 9/17/24. I have not heard anything since and it is 10/14/24. I have never experienced this and everything online seems legit but they are absolutely not. I have called and left voicemail, I have emailed, I have sent chat on their website and nobody answers. DO NOT BUY RUGS HERE.
