    On Nov. 27 I ordered a coat from Alpine North's website. I still have not received that coat. I have emailed them for a status of the order. I received one email Dec. 3rd pertaining to that request. Since then NO follow ups. Below is the entire email chain to-date. I want the order canceled and receive a refund for the entire amount.     Please note that not only did I receive a refund but they also sent the coat.  I don't know if they recharged me or not because I haven't checked but they did finally respond.  Please close this case.  Thank you!
