    Order #******** Tracking: ************************** I placed an order with this company back on 12/21/23. On Dec 22nd they supposedly “shipped” the items, as of today I have yet to receive my items nor any update in regards to the whereabouts of my items. I have contacted them multiple times and they have not responded. This company took my money and has not been reachable since! I am wanting to put Crooks and Castles on notice with the Better Business Bureau to warn other consumers about this company’s inability to provide items and just take money. I requested my money back and still no word or product. I called USPS and they stated they never received the items from this company at all so the shipping that they created was a lie.

    I made an order that totaled $113.60 on August 1st 2023. I had not received notice of this order being shipped by the 9th, so I reached out to see if there were any issues with the order. At that time, they sent me tracking and let me know that an item was out of stock and they were going to be sending store credit. I asked them why they would fill an order and have me at for an item if it was out of stock and why I was just being notified 8 days later. They told me they had “no control” over how fulfillment is processed and that’s why they send store credit for out of stock items. I have never had this issue with any other company…if something is out of stock you’re simply not able to order it and if a mistake happens it gets refunded to the card. No apologetic tone it was very matter of fact. I no longer want to purchase anything else from this company and I’m stuck with store credit. I let them know that I don’t experience this issue with any other store and I was disappointed by the lack of concern for any of the issues I presented. This company does NOT care about customer satisfaction & their business practices are shady.

    December 7th I placed an online order for one hoodie, a Christmas gift for my little brother. I spent $84.60, never received shipping updates, or updates on my purchase at ALL. I don’t exactly understand? I have a crooks & castles crewneck sweater… it was a hand me down, but I know this company really exists somewhere, someone had to make the item I have? This is absolutely insane, I have emailed them over and over, I have not gotten a real person whatsoever…just a stupid automated email saying this: Thank you for your email! Please note that we are working through a high volume of requests and response time is delayed. For any order cancellation or modifications, please contact our 24/7 live chat on the same day that the order is placed. Regards, The Crooks & Castles Team For cancellations or modifications, contact on the same day the order is placed? That’s insane. Anyways, I just want my damn money back. This is the worst online experience I’ve ever had in my life.

    I placed an order on November 25th. Still no tracking number and emailed the comapny 5 times with no reponce or help. I want a refund but they dont give me the option to.

    Ordered a 420 shirt from Crooks ans Castles imn April. Have inquired 4 times regarding the status of said shirt. Have been told me issue was escalated tonehe customer experience manager for rebuttal and have received no response. Company withdrew funds for the shirt immediately so delivery is expected in a timely manner. I now want a refund as they have failed to provide my merchandise. Latest exchange with company representative uploaded.
