    I received a call yesterday, January 15, 2025, from a person that said they are working for Liberty YP Media and that in November 2022 I agreed to pay $789.95 for advertising for my hospitality business. This person stated I agreed to receive the first year of advertising for free, then pay for the advertising after the 2nd year. I asked her to give me the last 4 digits of the credit card they have on file, and it was not the numbers on any card we have ever had. Additionally, I would never agree to pay nearly $800 for advertising. I told her I would not give her updated credit card information and I did not, and have not, paid anything. She had my name and phone number, plus the name and phone number of my husband, which was very disconcerting. However, she had the incorrect name of my business on the invoice. I changed my business name from a bed and breakfast to an Inn, in 2021. I am not exactly sure what to do about this as I don't want to be turned over to a collection agency, but I don't know how to make them understand I did not agree to this. I never signed a contract for this service. I would like to know how to proceed.

    July 12, 2024 This is the third time the company Liberty YP Media tries to collect money by calling our company and telling us it is time to pay for ads they say we had agreed for 2 years ago. We have a local fresh meat market in a rural community. We do not export. We never agreed or spoke to them for a service and we never signed an agreement or contract. On the invoice they sent in 2020, I checked the list of postings and found the exact ads from our **** **** page that they posted without authorization. This year they called mid January with the same story and like the previous times they claimed that we owe them over $800.00 for the last 2 years of service. They claim to have a recording of an agreement but I never heard the entire recording, just them asking a question and my voice saying ''yes'' which they recorded when asking if It was I speaking when I answered the phone. If I can't hear a real conversation, they have no proof because no conversations for service has ever taken place. They called and threatening us with collecting agency and bringing this to court so many times, this is pure harassment. I can't block the number as they use different numbers. This has to stop and they have to take our name and number off their list, cancel this so-called invoice and never call us again. Is this a Scam? I tried to enter my email address but the program did not accept it. It is ************************

    They have been harrowing me for 2 years they said I done a over the phone contract don’t remember but I paid the first invoice now they said it was for 2 years the invoice does not stated that. the telephone numbers that they have been calling me with two of them have been accused of a scam. I have been telling them for two years to send to collection agency then will see about payment. A lady called me said she is with a collector need to pay or they will come get the diner. Also if I pay now they will drop the late charges and her fee. Have until tomorrow ur advice it’s thru ******, **** and *****

    Here is the 2nd copy I’ve paid this once n 2022 they say I still owe this. They keep calling me and I’ve looked up there telephone numbers and they say this number is shown used as a scam
