    This company claims to provide online advertising for businesses, but they are playing off of a legitimate company name and service, but the information on the invoices do not match those found online for Prime SEO Services - an internet marketing company based in Wilmington, DE. The fake Prime SEO Services called again today, Thursday, February 16, 2023 about collecting a payment on an invoice they emailed on November 19, 2021. They call and talk to different people each time and try to get us to pay the invoice by telling us the name of someone in our office and a date that they talked to them and that they authorized payment of the attached invoice. Here is a link I found online about this being a potential scam. ********************************************************************************* We paid them $999.95 on April 19, 2021 and then they sent another invoice on November 19, 2021. We told them we wanted to cancel the service and they prorated the invoice, but they also told us their billing is in advance & will not provide proof of where and when the year of service began or where our business was advertised, so we are not going to pay invoice #****.

    The invoice in dispute was cancelled on febuary 23 2023. An agent spoke with their staff whom was quite rude and in turn cancelled the service . there was some kind of confusion with another prime seo services in the conversation , the listing as well as verification call was provided to this person on numerous occasions . invoice **** has been cancelled and prime seo services considers this matter closed and a balance zero statement has been sent to the company in question. thank you for your time .
