    I bought a rubber watch strap that sat in a drawer for about 8 months. The first time I tried to use it, the slider piece broke off. I tried to file a warranty claim, but it was past their 6 month window and they basically told me I was SOL - no discount offered or anything. I tried to leave a review about the strap and the experience I had, and the review went to a "pending" status on their website then it never got posted. I followed up with them about this and they ignored my email. So this company won't even let you leave an honest rating on their website unless it's a 4 or 5 star review. Don't waste your time with this StrapsCo, there are better places to buy a watch strap who actually have respect for their customers.
