      We have a 2017 escape through Riley ford. At 101,000 miles. (1000 miles over warranty) mind you. It starts to overheat. So we bring it to Riley. They give us the option of rebuilding the top end or a new motor. Being we have 4 kids. The little bit cheaper option was to rebuild. 2 days after paying them 3600$ and picking it up it starts to smoke. We bring it right back and they tell us we need a new motor. It was misdiagnosed from the get go, it's shiesty to take 3600 to fix it ad then decide just kidding it for sure needs a new motor. They don't care that we wasted 3600 due to their misdiagnoes and told us too bad. Ford corporate says " they don't get involved with privately owned Ford dealers" so now I have an suv that is junk and owe way more then what it's worth . What a bad way to business for a " locally owned small bussiness"
