    I requested a estimate for some concrete work to be done at my home. They provided a Quotation 10-2-21 in the amount of $10,250.00. The required a $250.00 deposit and scheduled the work to be done in the spring of 2022. on The quotation it dose say" Deposits are non-refundable". They contacted me this week 5-9-22 to schedule but told me it will be an additional $3,000.00 because of "Our new president ruining everything". I told them I could not afford the additional $3,000.00 and I will need to cancel. They told me that I forfeit my deposit then. I said they changed the price there fore I am entitled to the return of my deposit due to them changing the price. They then said they could take $500.00 off and that's the best they can do. I explained that I still could not afford that and want the deposit back. Then I was told that they will put it on account and when I come back for the work to be done they will apply it then. I will not do business with them at all now.

    BBB received a call from the business who explained that the consumer signed a contract which stated that the deposit was non refundable.
