      We love our carpet and the service was quick and excellent. We went to Kenny Carpet because we have purchased carpeting from them in the past. The location we go to is on Transit Rd. Our sales person was Carl and he went above and beyond to provide us with the best product and take care of everything we needed. The installation team was quick and efficient too.

      This is the worst company we have delt with. We went to the showroom and selected a carpet I liked. Our bill came to over $5,000! We went back the next day since we noticed a sale sign in the window. The salesman we saw this time looked at our bill and exclaimed, "$5,000 dollars!? What kind of carpet did you get? Come (to my desk). I can save you a ton of money." He did! Over $2,000! We thought everything would be great. It wasn't. It was the biggest mess yet! Both of the salespersons said it was definitely a 1 day job - a small living room and dining room, 2 small hallways, 14 stairs. When the two men arrived on the 4th day NOTHING was completed! No padding on the stairs or hallways. The carpet in the other two rooms was just laid down to see if it would fit. We were told the salespersons don't know what they're talking about; they're salespeople and not installers. Every day of the previous 3 days one of the men was in the bathroom at least 10 times per 8 hour shift. On day 3 he had the excuse that he had to stay hydrated by drinking ******** and it was "going through" him. There is no way I believe that. Also, they took a "smoke break" every 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It's no wonder the work wasn't done! Finally, my husband told them to get their tools - which they had left spread all over the 2 rooms - and leave. There is 1 tool that gets hot. It was left with the hot part on the carpet. So the carpet was slightly burned! They went outside to discuss the matter, got into their truck and left without a good-bye and without taking their tools! Another gentleman, Terry, was sent to finish the job. I told him the other men were there for 3 days and we would not let them work on the 4th day. He was amazed. "This is only a 1 day job! Especially with 2 guys!" He pulled out his tools and worked so hard he began really sweating. He completed the job in about 4 hours. The job is fabulous! They offered $100 compensation, Really?? DO NOT USE KENNY FOR ANYTHING!! YOU'LL BE SORRY!
