    CSL card services are horrible and very unprofessional. Card service is committing theft of funds On Feb/12/2025 a charge of $81.88 from *********** was placed on the account On Feb/14/2025 ******* .com refunded the amount of $81.88 back to original form of payments which was the CSL plasma card ******* kept me updated on the refund status from the very start on Feb/15/2025 ******* updated me once again via email stating the bank had completed the refund of $81.88 at that time I called the CSL plasma card to check the balance which was .35 cent I contacted CSL plasma card services to inquiry about the refunded funds the representative that I spoke with stated that the funds where refunded and was used . I explained to the representative that that was impossible because the funds where refunded on 02/14/2025 and there were no purchases within 24 hours to reflect $81.88 she then stated that it was pending and I had to wait 24/48 hours . The services provided by card services are never clear cut . They have a habit of telling you anything to get you off the phone most of the information provided is inaccurate. They become very aggressive , combative and rude with any attempt of correction they constantly put security holds on the the debit cards at that point a ticket must be created to lift the hold Which takes hours I was told the hold was lifted and that I was able to utilize my cards again but when I tried I was constantly declined only to find out the security ticket was never submitted to remove the hold once the hold was removed hours later I was charged a fee for every declined purchase made after I was told I was able to utilize the card this company lie and they will steal

    The connection is I was paid for my plasma with a CSL plasma card after donating which is the same card I used to book on ******* I think any one should know a plasma center has to pay the donor
