    On June 6, 2022 Sentry sold and installed new Air conditioner & furnace here for $6,800 Owner Jim assured me dropping down to a 2 1/2 Ton air would be sufficient to cool my house removing my 3 Ton old air. However air conditioner ran continuously without shutting off for 6-8 Hrs. They installed new thermostat to correct problem but did not. He offered to replace with 3ton at no extra cost to me. Have been back and forth with wife Kay to this date with no resolution. All calls documented. Last call to K 11-18-22 still waiting for call back. Just want something in writing will replace with 3 ton in spring May 2023. Jim will NOT even communicate cancelled previous appts. To come out. Going by his knowledge that 2 1/2 would be sufficient is not doing the job I paid for. Just asking to replace with bigger unit to cool house and cycle properly at no extra cost. 8/17 Victor changed thermostat but unit ran continuously. I gave this company the benefit to make it rite, however today 11/28/22 to NO avail on a call back. If they cannot rectify problem correctly, refund my money. Thank you SO No. **** dated 5/31/2022

     We have responded to the customer complaint that 2.5 ton air
    conditioner we installed was running too much. We tested unit on a 90 degree
    day with the air conditioner set at 72 degrees and cycling off at that
    temperature. Unit would come back on several minutes later and run for 15-20
    minutes before cycling off, unit running as it should. This can be researched
    on the web with videos posted by numerous companies that this is in fact how an
    air conditioner should run when properly sized. We have advised the customer
    that putting in a larger unit will cause it to cycle off more often and not
    allow for proper humidity removal in the home. If customer would like a 3 ton
    air conditioner installed, we will do that and remove the 2.5 ton. We will not
    warranty for improper humidity control or lack of and neither will the
    manufacturer. We will put this in writing and the customer must understand that
    a replacement within the first warranty does not gain a new warranty it will
    expire from us either way from the original install date of June 6, 2023. The
    customer must sign off on this if this is what she would like us to do.
