    They preformed the work as requested. They have made my basement dry. I’m not sure they dug all the way down the outside wall and applied tar to help seal the foundation. The part that bothers me the most was the way and placing of the sump pump discharge.
    Any person with half a brain knows water will flow following the contour of the ground. You can’t pump water up hill and not expect it to flow down hill back to the basement wall. What they did was create a circle for the water to travel. (pump water out up hill let it seep back to the foundation wall only to be pumped back out). So they did not do what was needed to stop excessive water from seeping back to foundation. I now need to pay someone to change the discharge point 90 degrees so the water does not flow back to the foundation wall. Common sense was all that was needed to correct this problem. At this point they failed and at $24,000 it’s a big fail
