      I had a terrible experience with Frontier Glass. My mother had an estimate done to replace a broken living room window before the snow flies. She had an estimate done and was given a date for installation of her new window. The guy Michael did the estimate and never told my mother about paying a deposit to order the new window. She called and left several messages to find out what time they were coming. No call back. I called Laura in the office. She accused my Mother of calling the wrong number. Funny she gave me the number. I guess Laura felt like answering the phone today. I have never been treated so badly by a rep that answers the phone. When I asked why no call back from the office or Michael the estimator. She told me to find another company! What person that answers the phone says something like that. Now no one answers their office phone at all she's got it going to vmail which she never checks. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for home or car glass repair. The right hand does not know what the left is doing.

      Such a terrible experience with this company!! I booked a glass replacement for my commercial storefront that was scheduled 4 weeks out. On the day of the install, a technician called me and said he was running behind and couldn’t get to me and my appointment needed to be rescheduled. After being rescheduled for the following week, I received a text message that they still couldn’t fit in my appointment and my money was being refunded…what a waste of my time!! They wouldn’t even give me the decency of a phone call for the terrible inconvenience!! I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy!!
