Don't hesitate - and absolutely top notch company!!!We hired Twin Shields to do some research and a background check on someone that was harassing local residents - and they went over and above the assignment.Totally professional and have access to resources that everyday people like myself couldn't get near. They do an initial consult and then keep you apprised of every step of the procedure.They are not only communicative about their research and progress - but they keep you up to date about any possible additional costs - if it becomes necessary.Most important - they deliver! They set up a final meeting to review results of their investigation, handing us a very professional binder with all the information that was well organized - and in our case - jaw dropping - and so helpful. In this day of companies doing the bare minimum - Twin Shields was the opposite. They underpromised and overdelivered!!!I know it doesn't matter - but they're also really nice people. I couldn't endorse them more - don't hesitate!
