    Had the displeasure of ordering a sensor from them for a sensor network. The sensor was fairly expensive for a project on a small budget. I read the data sheets, and even spent time on the phone with Atlas explaining what I wanted to do, and if it would be in the capabilities of the sensor. They said that it would work, and it would be adequate. I bought the sensor and integrated it into sensor network. The readings were funny, so I contacted them for advice or to send it back for testing. Instead, I was told I didn't know what I was doing and that I should buy there more expensive sensor.Customer service is totally abysmal. These people claim to sell scientific equipment to laypeople, but are not helpful if you ask them an intelligent question. They will not stand by their product.Also appears the founder has issues dealing with customers:*********************************************************************************************************** It's nice to see that they take you having a technical problem with their equipment as a personal attack.Warranty policy is non-existent. They would only accept unopened products In short, if you buy their products, and things don't go according to plan, don't expect any help. You will be met with ridicule for questioning their product, no refund, and a garbage sensor. Their data sheets, products, and website look attractive, but it is all a trap. Buy products from a reputable source instead.
