      Was randomly banned from the service after I gave them all of my information. Reached out to get more information as I have never used the service in any capacity and was told they can not share information on the ban. This is terrible, I would recommend keep your data and personal information away.

      My account got locked, i have no idea why, i did not receive any email or message from them, I just started to receive emails from all my vendors that my card is not working,I emailed and called but no way how I could come to someone to help

      They wouldn't even let me use the service because supposedly they can't verify my identity. Asked for my *** which I gave them, then I was told that they still can't verify it and asked for my photo ID, which, again, I have provided and yet still they're telling me that they can't verify my identity and my account is now suspended and they can't "support my account or discuss the decision any further".

      Terrible customer support. Takes days to get anything done with them. After speaking to one customer support representative you are routed to another representative who asks the same question that you answered days prior. If you make one mistake on their signup process linking the incorrect bank account, etc. your account will be locked and you have to speak to support (which is non-existent). Do not use this company, there are other options for businesses that do not charge fees and have WAY better customer service.

      They asked for an Id which I provided to verify my identity. I also talked to others and they werent asked for an ID. I talked to the customer service rep and they kept giving the same generic answer. Would not even attempt to help me or tell me why I was one of the only people being asked for Id. Used the service for about 4 years. Trash customer relations.

      STAY AWAY - *********** is great, but as soon as they don't like something, they shut down your account and do not give you back any of the money that is refunded by merchants. They kept upgrading our account, increasing our limit, and allowing more cards to be created, only to shut down the account without any notice or explanation, Now there is thousands of dollars being refunded and they are not refunding me the money. This is fraud, and I am pursuing them legally. Do yourself a favor and search for alternatives; there are lots of other companies and services that are cheaper and much easier to work with that do the same exact thing..

      Used a burner card to purchase from a site I didn't really trust. Worked exactly like it supposed to. 2 Days after the purchase from the site ****************************** I received a notification that the burner was used for Doordash and Rover.com, both declined. Which indicates that Privacy.com and their burner card saved me from my credit card information being stolen. That burner card was used for ONLY that site so the only way it was used after that was if it was stolen. THANK YOU PRIVACY.COM

      I created my account with privacy.com in January 2018. As of now, I have created close to 250 cards with them. They have saved me various types of frauds on multiple occasions. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

      I've been using this website for a few months, many technical problems with cards, newly created cards don't work, so I have to immediately create a new one. Existing ones suddenly stop working after you increase limits. My spouse and I both have **** accounts, which is common, so that's one card each. Today his card stopped working, so he had to create yet another card, then I get an email. "You can no longer create more **** cards because we think you're using it to take advantage of new customer offers". Well, we weren't, same two **** accounts as they've always been used for. I contacted support, and that's when the red flags came.They weren't able to create new cards, because "information they'd received from ****" indicated we were using more than one account. Wow. So they share your information with merchants, which is exactly what they claim not to do. How did **** know they were privacy.com cards. How is it Privacy's business if my husband and I both have our own **** accounts?I contacted them again and asked my account to be deleted, because after realizing there was something dodgy going on, I wanted my information gone. They refused, accusing me of committing fraud... Fraud, for me and my husband having our own **** accounts, and their cards having technical issues, while admitting that they give out all your personal information to people you use cards for. I would avoid this company, something very suspicious is going on with them. Will be reporting them to the **** if they take it on, I bet suddenly the site disappears and a brand new one will open up.
