      I'm a physician assistant in ***** working at a clinic which is using Klara. In my opinion using Klara Has nearly ruined our clinic. Our patient load has dropped very significantly to the point of almost having to close. We want to put our message when the phone is answered and ***** will not allow this. Have turned on the office hours to 24/7 and it still would not let us answer our own phone. I can't get to customer service because there is no phone numbers in my login will not work for the customer service log in even when I ask it to send me a new password to my email that doesn't even send it. Unlike I was told when this texting system was implemented, we have no idea who calls this and we miss massive amounts of phone calls. We advertise we have social platform presence but if the phone is never answered then they just go elsewhere. All the phone numbers to Klara do not work, The one time I was able to Get to the chat queue to talk to someone I was in line as number 15 for two hours and I had to hang up because I actually have to see patients it is a clinic. They're only open when I have to work I have to see patients. I just want them to turn off the entering machine service and let us use the one that we have been using for years before they interjected themselves in our business. I would suggest to look very hard at this company and others before making a decision. Regret our decision to go with this company.

      Gathering information on People that are not clients. Fishing scams. Saying that they are leaving a message with a doctors office but really trying to get your personal information like Date of Birth and contact information.
