    This company is HORRIBLE. They are not forthcoming with their product's ability and their customer service is way beyond atrocious. Here are undisputed facts:I bought license at 7:45. I tried this (in my opinion "unnecessary" voice password. My Mic always worked, still works, and has never failed. This password did not work. I used chat line as it said agents are available. no answered. Approx 30 min later after no response1 I called 800 #. Man lied and said chat was available. 15 min of "arguing" he relented and told (no joke) just try back in an hour. I did with no response. chat lines, phone lines, emails. no response. 2.5 hours I received a phone call from ***************************. He called me and said words to the effect of "what do you need and who are you?" I told him, he then said "oh yeah. Our system is working fine. yours is messed up" After about 30 min of pedantic trouble shooting he assumed it was my machine and that I should have to go to advanced settings to erase all 3 of my browser history and passwords. first, in my company, I do not have admin privileges. Second, that functionality was not specified in the contract, so I asked for a refund OR FOR THEM to bypass this voicemail function. At this point, ****** got incredibly rude, kept cutting me off, and making unnecessary childish demands for me to do on my computer to which I replied No. If their system requires all users to clear history and have admin priv they need to state that. He flatly refused and finally I am now receiving harassing emails from their customer service demanding that do the same trouble shooting that I've already done. THEIR SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK AND I CANNOT WASTE ANY MORE COMPANY TIME (3.5 hours by my tally) dealing with these very unprofessional people
