Mr Guiles helped us In a time of need. We were taking for $7.000 from a previous contractor and put us in a bad spot. MR GUILES IS OUR neighbor and we reached out to him for help. He excepted the job and we gave him a $4.500 deposit and paid for materials. He did the job and we thought we were in good hands. Then 12 months later we started to have leaks in our ceiling. Counted 37 leaks at on point. We contacted Mr guiles and informed him of our situation. He immediately responded and said he would take care of this matter. We have had around 50 leaks in the last 12 months and he keeps trying to fix it by cobjob. We have had mold at time that has been severely concerned with. Again we contacted mr guiles again. He came and took out the mold and said he would look on the rooftop again. He then told us he doesn't know what to do he is lost for words. He then contacted a roofing company that specializes in flat roofs for advice. We are now over 2 years with this leaking roof and it is a problem. I have a daughter with ***** ****** and a wife wit type 2 diabetes and I have copd as well. We need help with this matter immediately. PLEASE HELP US.

Hello thank you for the opportunity to teel my side. The ****** family are my neighbors, they are great people so when ****** asked for my help after he hired another contractor that removed a chimney and left a gapping hole in his roof for weeks during our rainy season I could do deny the help he needed. His house was built with a flat roof so when it rains everything drained through the hole the chimney left. His house was built by people who didn't have any experience building homes, so when I started my repair I built a new frame on the roof that add some pitch. He was also given the option to build a proper roof with a structural beam and proper pitch but the cost was over $40,000 so he went with the limited pitch option. The problem he is experiencing is condensation because his house has very limited insulation and no ventilation in the original roof. I've tried the explain this to ****** and he doesn't want to believe it so I even offered to have him call or hire any other contractor of his choosing and I would pay the bill. He never did that but instead allowed this problem to persist and is now claiming that the roof i installed is the cause for a mold issue when the original roof leaked and the constant water that was coming in through the missing chimney. I would love to help the family out but at this point there is nothing I can do but recommend he call a company to better insult his home again thank you the chance to air my side.
