    This company/individual was supposed to complete a whole roof, new 5 ply plywood, facia, flashing and sealant around skylights and new shingle roofing. With performing the new roof any experienced roofer it would be obvious that when you put a new roof on that you replace old, rotted or leaky areas which he didn’t do. He subcontracted out, didn’t provide this contracted team with the right supplies or equipment needed to perform the job agreed to. His contract wasn’t legal, he wanted a cash only deal as in to hide and be sketchy. At the end he wanted extra money for plywood, didn’t even put new sealing kits nor flashing around skylights and plywood wasn’t what we asked for. We had paid $16,500 and we wanted and expected what we paid for which was not what we received. We are asking for either the work be performed we agreed to and work finished or a partial refund of monies rendered.
