      A man was sent to my house from the company. They gave me a quote on my very large tree said they would.do all the necessary trimming to make it safe for the upcoming winter season. They charged a large amount of money and it took me a little time to realize but after reviewing before and after photos they barely trimmed anything. I was here when they trimmed the tree and it took them longer to set up than it did to cut anything down. Since they have came and "trimmed" it there are constantly branches falling from the tree which did not happen prior to them coming. I would love for them to actually cut the tree.

      I had a tree removed 12/11/21 and my garage was damaged. The rake under the shingles was damaged and the gutter was pulled away from the trim. I contacted the company multiple times about fixing the damage and was told each time it would be done.

      The owner of the business called and explained that they did a storm damage job in which a gutter was nicked. They have a contractor who can fix such errors. The contractor assessed the gutter and will get it fixed when parts come in.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. BBB spoke to the customer and the following was relayed:I did receive a phone call on September 7th from **** ******** ******** who were supposed to come out and inspect and let me know what they found. I have not heard anything back from them or Jeff.It has still not been repaired. Regards, ******** *********
