      We had our stamped concrete patio done by Al. He is very not communicative goes days without returning your call. Says he will be at your house to work on a certain day doesn’t show up. The work that was done was very poor there is a foot print mark in the concrete and the stamping is very very bad uneven, unlevel and very blotchy. He also didn’t use enough sealer. We also had a border done around the edge that is the worst part you can see different color variations and very uneven as well with almost no sealer over it leaving it looking white and blotchy. After trying to get Al to come back to fix it he sent my husband to pick up more sealer for him which my husband paid for out of his own pocket and wasn’t reimbursed!!!!!! Only for Al not to show up again when he said. He then proceeded to tell us he can walk us through how to do it ourselves!!!! I cannot believe we paid this man money for him to tell us to do the work we paid him to do. I am furious and absolutely appalled by this very very poor buisness man

      BBB spoke with owner. He said that the husband loves the job, but there was miscommunication between husband and wife. The wife wanted the concrete darker, but the chemicals had a reaction. The owner has been the house at least 15 times, but could not come out again until weather is more suitable. The owner will return to the house in about an hour. The owner also cannot find the alleged footprint, which may just be part of the pattern.
