    We paid Buffalo's Best Flooring $14,508.39 for a flooring install that has gone disastrously wrong. $1600 of that was for flooring that was never delivered. I have attached a summary of our interactions, along with supporting documents and videos.
    Throughout the process, they repeatedly acknowledged their mistakes and failed to do anything to address them. This includes boards that are popping up, flooring in the middle of rooms that is now "tenting" (two boards pushing against each other until the pop upward) and no one will touch a repair job.

    I've initiated credit card charge backs for all of our transactions. I received a credit of $1600 for the flooring that was never delivered. I have received a temporary credit (pending investigation) of approximately $3500. The chargeback for the remaind was denied.

    This company had great reviews, which is why we hired them. I later found out that the owners we were dealing with were not the original owners and that the reviews come when the company was owned by someone else.

    We are not the only ones that were scammed by these people.

    Sean P**** & Alexis P**** / ******** are currently stealing from and scamming a lot of people around the Buffalo, NY area. You can find the many lawsuits online that they have. Look up the 9 reviews on ****. They are known to get reviews taken down. Currently owe me and my family $12,000. They will blame all the customers. Will not deliver materials. pathological liars to get out of the troubles they are in. They recently took down their website. Many people are involved in this currently. BBB can call & reach out anytime. I will show them the amount of evidence I have. other around Buffalo are willing to help stop them as well. After many no shows, lies and excuses we asked them to stop working on our floors. Now they will not give us the money back for the flooring we paid for or deliver the flooring to us. She will come up with any excuse as a stall tactic to whatever they are planning next. The other review *** ******** left is spot on.

    As of July 10th, 2023, it has been over a month since this flooring company destroyed my home, and they still haven't paid me. They removed my floor and refused to issue a refund despite acknowledging their wrongdoing.

    I am deeply appalled by their behavior. Not only did they cause extensive damage to my home, but they also swindled nearly $20,000 from me.

    After installing the flooring in late 2021, problems arose immediately. They visited my property, acknowledged the issues, and assured me that everything was covered under warranty. They promised to replace the floor at no cost to me, although I had to pay for the upfront subfloor. However, after seven months of delays, they finally removed the old flooring, claiming they would complete the job in ten consecutive days. Regrettably, once the old flooring was removed, they never returned. My house is now reduced to subflooring, and my garage is filled with the old flooring.

    After enduring weeks of their no-shows and witnessing my home in ruins, I decided that I no longer wanted them on my property. I demanded a refund for the money I paid. It was only after making threats that they started to respond, but their excuses continued unabated. Initially, they agreed to refund me, but since then, it has been a constant stream of lies and deceptive tactics. They even went so far as to "fake" a wire transfer and invent stories about obtaining a certified check. It has been over three weeks without any flooring in my home, and these unscrupulous individuals refuse to return my money. They seem to believe that it is acceptable to destroy people's homes and deceive them.

    Multiple customers have fallen victim to their fraudulent practices. A quick online search for "Buffalo's Best Flooring Lawsuit" will reveal the extent of their misconduct. They owe over $100,000 to banks and creditors, and their business is entangled in numerous ongoing legal actions.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 
    The company completely tore my flooring out and did not replace it as agreed. The customer has acknowledged full well in writing that they owe me a refund in full  -- I have attached the email in which they've agreed to pay me the full amount. I've kindly offered them an in-between offer of just $5,000 USD so resolve the matter. Their response is not accurate, unfortunately. She has transferred me $1,000 USD and I'm awaiting the remaining $4,000 before this is a resolved issue.
