    Dear ****, This is the owner, Mark Thank you for replying you HAVE received the email with your product link.  I’m sorry you had an issue with receiving our initial email.  As we shared with you in our email earlier, this was emailed to you on July 10.  It must have gone to your spam folder, as the email was not returned to us.  As always, once an email is sent, we must assume the email is received unless we are contacted by a customer that shared they did not get the product yet.  There is no way for us to follow up once an email is sent. In the future, if you have issues like this with us or ANY company, I may suggest contacting us, the company first.  Once we know about an issue, we can correct it immediately, as we did in this case.  But if you do not let us know you have not received anything yet, we cannot correct any issues.  If you would have written to us first, you would have received your product weeks faster and with less time invested by yourself.  I am just offering you a way to resolve issues MUCH faster than going to a third party, such as the BBB.  I hope you enjoy the performance. Mark Mark J.
