      This company charges an unjust restock fee and then resells the merchandise at full price. These items are not custom made to order items they take them back and then resell them yet charge us 25% for no reason at all. The colors are completely off from their online images as well as the quality.

      **** ***** operates an ecommerce business called ******** ****** aka ******** * **.  She buys from us at our wholesale price point and resells our products to her customers at retail.  ****** customer, ******* ****, purchased 2 of our Jenna Sand Throws from her website and subsequently asked us to return them citing color as her reason for return.  We provided the RA number and when the product came back into our warehouse, we promptly refunded **** for the price of the throws less the 25% for our restocking fee.  She paid us $183.21 for the order.  When it was returned to us and checked in as still in new saleable condition, we refunded her purchase price less a 25% restocking fee for a total of $117.00 refunded to her account within 3 business days.  There is a link to the product in question from our website.  Jenna.  it's a product that has been in our line for several years and we have had no other complaints about the color.  There is no more than the usual expected color variance in what is pictured inline and what the actual product is.  We have been in business for 50 + years and have professional photography taken for each of our products.  It is not out of the ordinary for a customer to have buyer's remorse and want to return something.  It is the cost of doing business.  The second claim that we processed for **** is the return of a Devon Cobalt oversized throw and 2 Devon Cobalt King Shams.  Again, **** citied color as reason for the return.  She was given an RA number.  **** paid $240.80 for the order.  When it was returned to us and checked in as still in new saleable condition, we refunded her the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee for a total of $156 refunded to her account within 3 business days.  This is the link to the Devon product.  Devon.  Devon is our most popular product and we have not gotten any returns due to color.  **** has been a customer of TL since 2008.  Our return policies are not new, nor should they be a surprise to her or any customer.  Our terms of service are outlined in our price list which is updated twice each year.  The most recent price list was provided to **** via email in January of 2024 and is linked here.  January 2024 Price List, specifically as shown below from page one.  Made to order products cannot be refunded under any circumstances.  Requests for the return of stocked product must be made with 7 days of receipt of your order.  Returns must be received in original packaging and in new saleable condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  I have included the original paid invoices, credit memos and refund receipts with this response.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
      Both customers stated colors are off. I was not aware of this policy and more the fact that they stated I have been a customer this long has it is fair to charge a customer a 25% restock fee when they are admitting they are reselling the items at full price. So they are making more money on the same items and intentionally stealing from my business.
