    Our house is the middle of a remodel and even though we are in the process we try to keep our house clean from dust and debris. My wife has asthma and we have air filters in our house to maintain a dust free environment. When they left our house they didn’t clean up anything. It was a mess!!! Furniture they moved was just left where they moved it. When I spoke to the owner he thought it nice to call our house a construction zone. Insinuate that we were lying. Thanks for the insult and never even apologized for his insult or the mess!! The work was average at best.
    They used my supplies and never discounted the price accordingly and then tried day they did include in the quote, but they never all supplies I was giving them until the day of the job!
    I’ve included some pictures. The pile of sawdust was typical of each area they worked in.

    Customer was a do it your selfer guy....We met with him and give him an estimate including using some of his materials he had because he was trying to do it himself.

    We gave a quote including his materials and he agreed to do the job. Once job was completed his wife called and asked for a discount for using the materials and we told her there was no discount as we agreed with her husband to include his materials in our quote.

    Once they did not get a discount they started saying we left a mess and scratched some table etc...Customers house was a mess from his own remodeling. We picked up as best we could when we were completed as we do do with all our customers.

    This is all a smoke show as they wanted a discount they were not entitled to ..So they started slandering us online....Do it yourself customer whos house was a mess from his own work just trying to blame us to try and get money off his job. Customer no being ohnest at all with us or his wife who apparently was unaware he agreed to have us use his materials in the first place which was agreed upon when we gave hime the original quote.

    This complaint is a complete Fraud.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    We have the calls recorded so we have more proof they are lying. They did not clean up a single thing. There was never a broom or vacuum run in our house until we did it. The pictures also show additional proof of the mess they left along with the scratch to our breakfast bar and the mess they made in our brand new bathtub. It goes on and on… One of the outlets they were supposed to fix doesn’t even work. Found this out later. The owner never even asked to see what it looked like after his employees left, just told us we were liars. If you need the recording of the calls, let me know

    Company told me that they charged me for two men being here and replacing a circuit breaker. There was only one man in my house and a circuit breaker was not replaced. We only flipped the switch I was with the man the entire time. I was screamed at by the owner of the company telling me I must be confused because there were two men in my house. The owner of the company screamed at me over and over and over when I asked about the $351 charge when it should have just been about $20. Plus the service fee to come over should have been well under $200 but that I got screamed at and harassed by the owner after calling and being lied to. I've sent him the pictures and he cannot tell me what circuit breaker he's telling me they installed and he cannot produce a picture of the other man that he's charging me for. I seriously need some help. I've already called the police and New York State on him

    I spoke with customer numerous times about the work we did to provide her power.We replaced a breaker to restore her power after she contacted us about missing power in the home.We sent a service truck with a lead electrician and apprentice to the site to troubleshoot and repair the problem.She was given back $75 off the $351 to try and help her out…. So really only paid us $276 on her invoice.She was saying there was only 1 guy not 2 on site and we didn’t replace the breaker when we did.I assumed this was resolved but she continues to harass our company with lies and inaccuracy of what was done to provide her full power at her property.
