    We paid $15,000 as down payment for a kitchen remodel and some misc items, on 3/7/2024. Work was to begin in April 2024. There were several delays on JMJ7's part; including not responding to our messages. .. On July 11th we informed him that we were cancelling our order (since we still did not have a start date) and we wanted a full refund. On July 24th we received text message stating he understood and money would be refunded. We have not received the refund as of today's date.

    I hired a contractor name, JJ Msons Jeff Johnson LLC. To remodel my kitchen start date July 5, 2024 with the two months completion but here it is October 3, 2024 and my kitchen is Still unfinished, basically No accomplishment from day-to-day. Mr. Johnson does not return phone calls, no matter how many times you call Him he would pickup occasionally and say I’ll be there in an hour and never shows up. He’s not a man of his word and appears to be a compulsive liar and not very unreliable. I would like to try to get this resolved by him either Finishing up the kitchen and bath or giving me a total refund so I can get another contractor to finish it up and I also paid him to install a shower shower tiles and basically he hasn’t completed that either so if he can’t complete the job, I really want a refund for everything ., I wouldn’t recommend him for any job . They’re very slow and don’t take You’re feelings or thought process into consideration at all. Just take your money and run with it and that is so sad. Need to be put out of business Permanently For just taking peoples money and not completing the job.

    Jeffery has refused to comply with original argreement of service
    . He did not complete the work that he was contracted and paid in full for, and has not responded to attempts to get the work completed. As much as we would love for the work to be completed as the original agreement stated, he has made this seem as if it is not possible because of his failure to respond or update on the status of the project.

    august 19,2019 a contract written agreement between Jeff Johnson-Jmj7&Son and I Dawn H******.On 8/21/2019
    a cashier's check payable to Jmj7&Son in the amount of $19,250.00 -08/30 $2,500.00-september $11,000.00
    and $3,700.00 total $36,450.00 all in cashier's check.
    Numerous phone calls to Jeff Johnson repeated assurances from him that work would be completed. Discontinued phone calls or any communication and no response with legal letter confronting the issues.
    Refusal to complete incomplete work for contractual agreement, a refund would be satisfied for $15,000.00 for not installing fence and $3,000.00 for incomplete inside/outside of house.

    On 10/20/2021, a contract was signed between Jmj7 & Son representative and myself for the removal and installation of 4 windows at the ****** address. The total fee charged for this was $2000.00. A check in the amount of $1200.00 was given to the representative. That check was cashed the next day. After numerous phone calls to the representative over the past months with him giving one promise and/or excuse after another; to date there has been no positive response or indication that the windows would be delivered/installed. Even the eventual promise to refund the $1200.00 has gone unheeded. Recent calls to him have been unanswered.
    I seek your assistance in a timely resolution of this issue. Thank you.

    BBB spoke to Jeffrey at business and the following was relayed: The windows have been received and were unable to find an agreeable time to install the windows. I will refund the customer next week to resolve the complaint.
