My family and I put our trust in a person that claimed that he knew what he was doing and did not. It has been an on going process that took a month for this company to destroy my home. Very simple projects in my home turned into an absolute disaster. He left two jobs completely unfinished on top of completely ruining the integrity of my home and the structure of my floors. What contractor doesn’t know that you can’t cut out main support beams in the floor without having something to replace them or insure that the floor is still stable underneath. Well this guy didn’t and completely made my home unsafe. Once this was all brought to our attention by the code enforcer, he was shut down to no longer work in my home until he had the proper plans to fix all his mistakes, and by mistakes I mean dozens of different code violations in the floor alone that’s not even including the other room he started and NEVER finished. We met with the owner and tried to come up with a plan to make this right and go the best way with fixing the mistake that he had made, we were trying to be as fair as possible and come to a conclusion. It was very apparent that we needed to hire someone else to come in and make it right. Even after coming up with the decision to hire someone else and talking to Vedad he said he wanted to be fair and civil and there were no hard feelings and he would come up with a price to return back to us to fix his ungodly damage. After a week of waiting he sent us an email starting that he was not going to return even a fraction of our money but instead take the 15k deposit we paid him and completely ran Who does this when you’ve ruined someone’s home. Well Buso Remodeling does so beware of this scam artist. He has done this to multiple home owners in our towns and continues to do business. Something needs to be done. This was not supposed to be this complicated, take this long, or cost this much $ It has burdened my family to a high degree and we just want justice.

I am responding to complaint # ******** and the address that attached to this complaint **** **** ******** Rd, ********* NY *****. So her is tru story what happened to this address. Going back to May 2021 I come across Mr. ****** ***** in one of the parades in town of Tully NY, ****** stated that he is interested in having some remodeling done at his residence. I said no problem we will get in touch as i already had his number due to mutual fire departments. In August of 2021 I did estimate at **** **** ******** Road, there was no contract established at this time because ****** was waiting to close on his loan. He promised me multiple times verbally that closing will happen in few weeks, at that time I was not able to accept any other jobs because I promised ****** that I will be available for his house. Few weeks turn into month and every time I called him he would state its only going to be few more day and he would give me closing dates that were few weeks away. Weeks turned into month month turned into another month and so forth I wasn't able to schedule any other customers because of my promise to ****** and his work to be done. My company suffer lost of income due to Mr. ***** pushing dates out. Sometimes in April of 2022 contract was finally established and start date was April 25, 2022 with end date of July 25, 2022 with total of 90 days because ******.  During 8 months of going back and fourth between closing dates and me going multiple times to his house and also person that suppose do kitchen for him. I put approximately 40hrs of planing and driving back and fourth between ****** house and doin stuff for him. ****** ***** signed Contract for remodeling of his residence knowing start and end date further more it was explained to ****** that down payment is non refundable if for any reasons he cancels the job. During work at ****** residence he had change of plans every other day how he wanted stuff to be done and some of the stuff was impossible how he wanted completed. Over a month of bing working at his job site he stated that code enforcement stop by and put stop order on work because he didn't have permit. After speaking to Code Enforcement person he stated to bring drawings and he will issue work permit. I spoke to ****** and he was meeting me at Fire Department to finalize everything auto obtain permit. Also ****** asked for copy of contract i told him that copy was left as his counter in kitchen on day one when we started project however i made him additional copy. While talking to ****** he stated he would like for his friend to finish work that was started by buso remodeling because he feels bad because he didn't give him chance and he can finish the project in 2 weeks. Further more ****** explained he feels really bad because his friend company has 2 weeks off due to waiting for material for their job. I explained ****** my contract that he signed states no refund on deposit if customer cancels job for what ever reason. Further more I explained to ****** it would be more beneficial if Buso remodeling finish work that has been started. After all ****** stated multiple times times verbally to me as the owner that he doesn't want BUSO remodeling to finish job. Due to being friends with him prior our work at his residence BUSO never offered any refunds after contract was signed but being friends with him I offered him money that was left over after all supplies and labor was put in. Since he told me that e doesn't want BUSO remodeling doing any other work at his residence Buso remodeling pull their tools and trailer out. Offer was send to him with the amount of refund he bluntly the amount of refund. Some of the pictures of the supporting beams were turned by home owner  when buso remodeling installed them they were inline with wood.
