    Capital City BBQ CO. was a great choice to cater our event. They went above and beyond in their service and helpfulness. They were easy to work with, open to changes, as well as last minute changes. The food was top notch. After living in Kansas for 5 years it was great to find some really good BBQ in the Capital District. The ribs were fall off the bone, the pulled pork, brisket, wings and mac and cheese were great. Looking for BBQ in the Capital District area, you cant go wrong with Capital City BBQ CO.

    I attended an event tonight, that you catered drop off food to. The food was poorly presented and the quality and quantity, for the amount ordered and paid for, was extremely inadequate! It was quite sad that a HUGE topic of conversation at an otherwise happy event was how disappointing your food really was! In a world of word of mouth, and repeat business, you truly need to do better!!!
