    I recently went to this eyelash extension business, and am very disappointed because of what I was charged and the response that I was given after I expressed my concerns. Their website assures customers that the eyelash technicians will assess your eyes and only use the glue and weight of eyelash that are good for your eyes Before I went on a cruise three weeks ago I went and they fell out three days later I spent $150 plus stupidly tipped her. I called and asked if they could see me before I left for the cruise and they could not so I went back for a refill today and they charged me twice with a refill would cost Because they said I should come back soon saw that the lashes were falling out. I told them again they were too heavy. The the eyelash technician asked me if I needed sensitive glue. I said no my eyes are fine. I don’t need the sensitive glue well today. They told me I should’ve told the tech that day not to use the sensitive glue because they didn’t hold the eyelashes that the tech they told me were too heavy in the first place for my eyes. I am so frustrated. I asked them for a discount and they said no, I want to warn people not to go to twinkle eyelash extensions in Clifton Park New York. They will rip you off oh and one more thing they tape your eyes which I’m used to, but usually makes people have watery eyes. You want to blink, but you can’t and the technician kept telling me stop , your eyes are watering. This is bad for the glue. I couldn’t help it when your eyes get taped. They want to create some kind of moisture and she said today, even though she charged me for a full set that she could not do it all because my eye was moving and twitching and she just kept saying sorry for your inconvenience. Sorry for the inconvenience. What I wanted her to say was I will compensate you today and I apologize that we didn’t use the correct correct glue and lashes let us fix this
