I purchased an 18 month unlimited in person VIP membership that started in June of 2022. In December of 2022 the business abruptly closed and did not notify all members. I found out when I signed up for a class and showed up to an empty studio. The studio said it was relocating but provided no details, and lead members on for over a month without providing services equipment to the membership. I was only given 6 months out of an 8 month membership. Beatz Barre has not honored their contract with me or provided me the refund I am entitled to.

I was charged twice for 29.99 a week after I requested a freeze on my account. This gym is no longer open.

I joined Beatz Barre on 11/17/21, at $85 monthly, 3x per week for one year. 3/11/22, co-owner Digo P****** offered upgrade to unlimited for extra $5 per week then $29 weekly when 1st yr contract expired. He said the unlimited would include all the perks, including Instagram "ItrainwithDigo" recorded videos. These videos did not exist at the time I enrolled. I was paying for unlimited premium classes with use of equipment, and group classes. I froze membership for 1 week, so original contract expired 11/28/22. Digo offered a prepay at $1199.20 for 1 year to replace $29 weekly offer; 7/2/22, Sale ID ******, sold by Brandon L*******; no new contract provided to me when requested. Digo verbally stated they had an opportunity to get out of their lease and when asked by members if a new location would be "ready now" for transition, he said yes. On 11/27/22, gym closed its doors. Email update was sent to some, but not all members, self included, stating they were relocating and were going virtual (Zoom) for 2 weeks. Virtual classes stopped 1/8/23. Additional email updates indicated no progress on new location, and physical location was never disclosed when requested. Members were advised to send all questions to *******************, however, after 1/8/23, there have been no replies to emails. Contract section C6 states: Cancellation-Facility Relocation/Closure: Membership shall be subject to cancellation and refund from Beatz Barre if we cease all business operations or move the facility more than 15 driving miles from the current location and fail to provide, within 30 days, another facility of equal or greater value at no additional cost to members. It has been over 30 days. Company claims that because they are offering virtual, that they are meeting their obligation to the contract, but fail to address not providing a new facility within 30 days. I want full refund of $1565.69 for membership plus additional services paid but not received.

Enrolled in a gym membership where automatic weekly amounts were charged to my credit card for 3 sessions that can be banked if unused and used at a later date. The gym abruptly closed on 11/27/23 stating they would be relocating and reopening within 2 weeks. The gym continued to collect weekly fees and has YET to reopen as of Feb 16, 2023. While I was able to dispute charges with my credit card after no response from the gym on when they would reopen, I was charged for services never received and lost the banked/unused sessions. Other members are still being charged! Still no response or information from the owner/operator. I anticipate that I have lost ~ $300-$400 . I don't anticipate I will recover nor that the gym will ever open again. I loved this gym and would go back but a pay as you go.

Beatz Barre IS and has been out of compliance with their contract. I purchased and paid in full a 12 week promotional gym package. I was able to recoup this money via a credit card dispute. The 12 week period ended on 2/6/23. Beatz Barre closed their studio on 11/27/22 and has not re-opened since. Per their contract it states the following: "Contract Section C.6. Cancellation- Facility Relocation/Closure: Membership shall be subject to cancellation and refund from Beatz Barre if we cease all business operations or move the facility more than 15 driving miles from the current location and fail to provide, within 30 days, another facility of equal or greater value at no additional cost to the member."
February 6, has come and gone - However, Beatz Barre commenced charging my credit card $29 per week. I have repeatedly asked for this to cease as well as remove my credit card from my Beatz Barre account to no avail. I currently have open disputes with Synchrony Bank.

I entered into a contract with Beatz Barre, LLC for full gym membership services on or about July 2022. The original contract agreed to full access to the gym, in-person, and in-class trainings. It was agreed automatic deduction of $39 every two weeks would occur; however, a promotion was offered converting my biweekly membership to a full 6 month prepaid membership shortly after signup. Beatz Barre collected approx. $750 in fees and, in addition, continued to deduct biweekly fees of $39 each amounting to over $117 in unauthorized charges. Beatz Barre closed the facility in mid November stating the facility would reopen in two weeks; however, remains closed to this day. Multiple requests have gone unanswered to resolve overcharges and reimbursement of three months’ of the prepaid membership fees.

I joined Beatz Barre on 11/22/21 I took 3 classes a week and loved it. The management reached out to members asking for our help. With the Covid issues they needed help catching up. They needed to sell 40 pre-paid memberships at a special rate. It was 18 months unlimited classes ,$20 retail credit a month & 4 guest passes a month for $1499 paid in full. I decided to go for it because I really enjoyed the classes & people. My new membership (18 months) started on 6/1/22. On 11/27/22 they announced that they were moving to a new location & it would take 2 maybe 3 weeks. The last in person class was 11/26/22. They went virtual on 11/29/22 these classes lasted about 6 weeks, they were discontinued on 1/8/23. Now the only thing they are offering are old videos. So my membership (18 months) started on 6/1/22 and I only got to use it for about 6 months. They owe me 12 more months. I have reached out to them several times with no response at all. I reached out on there ****@beatzbarre on 12/23/22 asking if we were going to get the weeks added on at the end, no response. I reached out again on 1/1/23 asking for info on the move & why they are keeping us in the dark, no response. They finally reached out on 1/5/23 explaining things weren't going as planned but they are still working on it. 1/8/23 I put in a request to freeze my account until they reopen, no response. It is now 1/20/23 still in the dark. I would like a refund for the remainder of my membership which is $999.36. I feel the fact that they are not communicating with us about what is or isn't happening is very unprofessional. I took a chance on them and trusted them. The sale ID # ****** for the 18 month membership. I feel that they have not made any effort to correct this problem. I joined this gym for my health and well being and now I am stressed out. It was a lot of money and promises not kept. Owner is Digo Padovan & I believe Brandon Lomasney. Please help with this matter. Thank You, ****** *****

I joined Beatz Barre in November 2021 paying a contract amount of $85/month for one year. In February 2022 Beatz Barre was facing financial problems. They reached out to their members asking for us to pay $1,500 in advance for an 18 month membership. Many of us decided to help because we really believed in the owners/founders Digo Padovon and Brendan and wanted to support their small business. During the process many of us that joined in November 2021 continued to be charged the $85/month after we had made the payment of $1,500. We were never informed by anyone at Beatz Barre to contact the billing company to terminate our contract. By the time I personally made contact to cancel it was too late, I was required to continue payments through November 2022. I asked Digo and Brendan for help, they were unable to do anything. I was told my 18 month membership would begin in December 2022 upon completion of my original membership contract. As of December 1, 2022 Beatz Barre has been closed and any plans for reopening have been poorly communicated and without substance. I have tried numerous times to contact Beatz Barre through ****@beatzbarre and ****@beatzbarre, I haven't received a response from anyone. I am requesting a full refund of $1,500 for my prepaid membership that I will never be able to fulfill.

We have heard many rumors about the business including financial difficulties that include unpaid rent at the RT 9 location. I don't know what is true and what isn't, all I want is a refund and if/when Beatz Barre is able to move to another location I wish them well. I relied on them for my physical well being, I miss the classes and comradery among members. I need to move on and find another gym. The refund is necessary, I hope Digo and Brendan do the right thing for all the members who supported them in their time of need. I know there are other members in the same situation as I am and still more who have months left on their prepaid membership.

In spring 2022, I pre paid a 18-month VIP membership. They did not provide me with a copy of the contract.

In November 2022, the business said they are temporarily closing to relocate. It was originally supposed to be a week. They have yet to reopen and have not returned any communications. They are no longer even offering live virtual classes, yet they continue to list and allow us to sign up for classes on MindBody. These are classes that they can not fulfill. I have twice been charged for protein powered that I can’t even pick up.

On 11/27/22 without any notice, the members received an email "sorry for short notice but the gym will be closed for 2 week." They decided to move since the building was for sale.
Requested to hold membership got no response. Then on 12/9 received another email that they will be closed until 12/26. Again no response to emails. Then again on 1/5 another email stating the are having difficulty with new landlord so not sure when they will open. They offered virtual classes a few times a week but my schedule doesn't fit those times. In the 1/5 email they said to send an email to ask to freeze membership. I sent an email to the two places it send to and still have had no response. They won't let you cancel and I can't freeze. This has been over two months now. Here are the two emails I sent to, ****@**********.com and ***************************@*****.com. From the help email all I get an automated response.
At this point I would like my money back since I paid in full not monthly so I can go to another gym.
