      Absolutely awful service. I had my wedding on 8/24/24. The limo broke down before my wedding. I get things happen but then the lady driving the limo lied and said that there was another limo coming which was a blatant lie and not true. The only way we found out it was a lie was when we called the manager and he let us know that there was never another limo coming. Mind you this was all within an hour of needing to be there. My wedding party and friends that were supposed to get a ride in the limo had to find alternate rides there last minute. Absolutely a disaster and the lying was absolutely crazy. THEN to top everything off, when we asked for our refund because they literally provided ZERO service to us besides a headache that day they gave us ZERO response and we had to go through discover credit to get our money back. The whole process took around 2 months. What an absolute joke of a company I wouldn’t recommend this god awful crooked company to anybody. If you want a nice wedding with no issues I wouldn’t recommending using this place.

      My wedding event was delayed an hour due to the limo driver never picking up my fiancé and groom party, so they had to drive themselves to the wedding event. After reaching out to the owner I have not received correspondence following up to the incident. My requests from the paid and dated contract on 4/15/24 were not honored and they clearly stated on the contract the address of the groom and the mistake was never corrected nor acknowledged. The venue and I were truly disappointed with how things were handled, and the timeline of the day shifted and ended late, and we were nearly stranded at the end of the night due to their error of making the groom late. The day of coordinator was nice enough to reach out to the driver who lied and told the venue they were 5 minutes away from picking up the groom. The driver called my fiancé and told him he was lost and kept telling him he was 5 minutes away after about an hour of that the groom told the driver he would have to drive himself and the driver advised "this was a good idea" and when the groom arrived to the venue the driver was sitting and eating Fastfood on his paid shift. I would highly recommended seeking services for transportation elsewhere especially for a special day like a wedding. For many vendors such as this they disrespect you and have no regard because they do weddings so often it's not special to them but for me this was my one and only wedding and they truly made the day stressful and chaotic. What made this situation worse was the fact that we never had any follow up contact from this company is response to their mistake in regard to a credit or refund.
