    DO NOT USE THIS MAIL CENTER. The mail center is under new ownership and would not take responsibility for shipping a package to the wrong address, despite the correct address being written clearly on the address label. After asking them for basic customer service, they only turned us away and said it was our responsibility to track down the package. When you are shipping packages to loved ones or sending important packages, you put faith in the people who run centers like this. You would hope for support and help when something goes wrong despite whose fault it is.

    I went to Mail Center USA on 8/31/22 to mail a package to my daughter at college. I paid $18.50, and the man working said it would be there in 2-3 days.On 9/9/22 the package had still not arrived so I called the Mail Center and spoke with John (he said he was the owner, he was also the one who helped me when I mailed the package). I explained the issue and he checked it out, and told me the package was delivered, but it was sent to a completely different address than what I had written on the package. I asked him how we could get the package and he suggested and I quote "your daughter can just drive over there, knock on the door and ask for it." I told him "No! I am not sending her to a strangers house." He claimed and I quote "clearly you gave me this address. I didn't pull it out of thin air. This is your problem not mine." After going back and forth with him for several minutes, he told me I was "pissing him off". The final straw for me was when he brought up my daughter driving to the random house in Syracuse again to get the package herself. I told him very frankly "I am not sending a young girl to a random house in Syracuse- it's just not safe". He then responded with "well if you're too scared to let your daughter do that, then maybe she shouldn't be in college." At that point I hung up on him. I contacted USPS myself, and they were able to tell me after the package was delivered to the wrong address, and the people sent it back. It was returned to me a week later. When I returned back to Mail Center USA to get my refund for the shipping, the same man was rude to me again, refunded my money, and then kicked me out of the store and told me I was never allowed back because "I was rude to him and hung up on him." This guy was completely unprofessional, insensitive and disrespectful. I will never do business there again. All he had to do was admit his mistake, and agree to overnight the package for free. He decided to double down on his lie instead.
