    On Aug 14 2023 we had siding put on our house on Aug 22 2023 it was completed . we had a dumpster which broke our sidewalk Paul the project manager moved the pieces out of the way and said they take care of it .Then when the dumpster was removed on Aug 23rd it tore up our front lawn sent pictures to Paul and he said they would take care of it . On Sept 1st 2023 a large sheet of siding came off our house toke picture then called the company left message .When they got back to me they said they would come and fix all but since it was a holiday (labor day weekend) they may on come that week cause it was a short week but I was on there work board . I did not hear from them at all so on Sept 15 2023 I text Paul ( project manager) and asked again when someone was coming to fix the siding and front yard .He said there was good weather coming the following week to get it wrapped up. Know its Oct 13 2023 called office left message that I was still waiting for someone to fix the siding on my house .Denise called me back gave all the info to the (general manager) John and said he would call me . He did call back and said that all will be resolved the following week.NO one showed up.Then I texted both John and Paul to see when someone was coming I did not hear anything from both of them .So know on Nov 3rd 2023 I sent a letter and was giving them 10 days to get back to me still nothing .so know I'm asking you for help.The project cost me $16,280 in which I gave a $3,000 down payment and the rest is financed $180.10 per month.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The consumer told BBB that the business contacted them and has resolved all issues.
