      After being with ViaTalk for over 15 years we no longer need the service. They currently are "parking" our old home landline number. I submitted multiple requests to cancel the account and left a message. Because ViaTalk simply ignored the multiple tickets over three months I disputed the last two months charges with the credit card company and was issued a refund. ViaTalk never contacted me after the charges were reversed.

      Then ViaTalk charged me again in December and I submitted another ticket to cancel, which also was ignored. We're talking less than $6 a month here so it's not a major source of their income.

      I have always had great support from ViaTalk and recommended them to others but now it's like no one works there. This is a very sad way to end a business relationship.

      Numerous time I cancel my service through their website. Spoke to customer service without any help. They canceled my service but still sending me invoice afterwords.

      I am writing to express my frustration and seek resolution regarding a refund for my account, which has been pending for several months.

      I have been a loyal Viatalk customer for 18 years. On April 24, I paid a $263.52 renewal fee for a 24-month term. However, on July 24, I called to cancel my service. After verifying my account, I was informed that I would need to return the leased equipment in order to receive a refund, along with a $50 rent fee.

      I returned the equipment on September 24, and confirmed its receipt with Viatalk. I followed up multiple times, including sending an email in October, and made several phone calls to ensure the equipment was received and that my refund was being processed. I have spoken primarily with Shawn R*********, an accounting clerk, who confirmed that the refund check was issued. However, I have not received any payment, nor have I received communication regarding the $50 rent fee or the $15.41 shipping cost, which I was initially told I would only need to pay $5 for.

      Despite numerous promises from Shawn that I would be contacted by the owner, Tanya B*****, I have not received any further updates. I was later told that a refund check was issued by a person named Nicole, but once again, I have received nothing.

      At this point, I am simply requesting the refund owed to me, as I have complied with all the instructions provided by your team. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication throughout this process, and I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

      Thank you for your prompt resolution. I look forward to receiving confirmation of my refund.
