      I needed new CBDvape to hold over until online order is delivered. the ones I had expired & the color of the liquid oxidized to orange. Went to 51Vape& got 1 bottle of *** ***** *** ******* ******* ******* and pods. Asked about their veteran discount,”yes but not on the CBDfull price” (it wasn’t like that a few years ago). Paid with cc then never given a receipt. Few minutes later I set up my new vape. I pull the CBD up with the eye dropper & see it’s the same exact color as my expired ones. I figured there’s no way this one is expired too, I’ve only had good experiences with this business in the past, so I fill up the new pod I just purchased with this radioactive orange CBD juice.I examine the bottle more and see that it says it’s best by date 8/23. I decided to go back in and explain this to them. Explained it’s expired was told it’s perfectly fine to sell them expired it just affects the flavor of the vape and that is all. To which I responded with why is it being sold as brand new (full price) if expired. I explained the chemical compounds change depending on their 1/2 life.He then told me he wasn’t able to exchange or return it due to NYS Health regulations,I pointed out that they were already violating. Manager was called,had 2 options getting store credit or waiting till tomorrow to come back in & talk w/him. After asking for an exchange the manager approved, was told the original flavor I bought wasn’t available,Why?they’re all expired.I ask if all the strengths are, he looks through all of the VCC flavors they had out.All expired and put back to be sold. I wanted one that wasn’t expired(any flavor).Theres 1 that expires 11/24, back to check out, no apology/remorse/credit/refund he continues to justify why it’s ok for them to sell that product expired. Making it seem like I was in the wrong for wanting a new product. I just spent $58.46 on a wasted pod/coil because it’s drenched in expired product and now I’m stuck with this flavor I don’t even like.
