    Hired Tom for simple general contractor tasks around my rental. He advised the following day he was completed. I thought he was a professional being in business 30 yrs. I paid him what he asked and when i checked on his work later that day found many of the tasks not completed and left a mess ( wood chips and sawdust ) around the rental. I contacted him and he advised he would contact me in a couple days to finish and never heard from him. Not sure how he is still in business today with a work ethic like this. Advise to anyone looking for a competent handyman : Find someone else.
