      contract date: 7/26/2022 Amount paid: $3000.00 Contractor leveled below grade to make a full level pad which created a container for any rain. Yesterday, 12/27/22, it was an ice rink.My wife's call to the firm to complain received a loud and angry response and gave the absurd excuse that we didn't have drainage in the contract. They create the problem and then claim they're not responsible for it.

      Are office did no yell at anyone the job was done no problems with our work the garage is lower then the road so the pitch is nothing on our end but we explained to her she would need drainage work if she was having water problems on the contract is lt said not responsible for any standing water I dont care where you go there parking lots that and driveways that hold water everything was in her contract what we ****** to do

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      [YThe driveway involved had no previous problem with drainage prior to Joshua Paving starting work here.  Their grading and prep work destroyed that.  Part of the problam may be their failure to provide gravel,to bolster the site, instead using only the stones they found on the property., cutting corners that havd a bad effect.  the poor response gy that firm in barely recognizabler English makes me wonder at thjeir capabilities and why anyanyone recommended them in the first place.

      Please dont insult us you spelled by and and their wrong the problem is the road is hire then the garage the house was built in **** please see attached picture we cant help how road is laid off
