    The Superior housing rental office staff and management have proven to be relentless, uncaring about tenants well being, and unprofessional. I have not ha an operable furnace for heat for over 45 days now and all these temporary "fixes" are being done every now and then, but Eric, Karen, and Katie D**** do not show any care that this is an inconvenience to not have reliable heat during these wintery days. The furnace technology can is courteous to us and is trying to do what he can without the proper support from the owners of what he needs to fix this problem. I requested some kind of compensation of credit towards my monthly rent and they are rude and refuse any consideration of this. Why they are continytonbuild new apartments buildings, when they can't even care properly for the tenants that are living here now. Making money to be rich at all costs more at be The D**** family main interest.

    Our office responded each time Mr. ******** reached out to
    us in regard to his furnace not working properly, even going as far as to give
    Mr. ******** the heating companies direct telephone number in order to
    hopefully resolve his heat issue in a quick manner.  Each time there was an issue we had an
    outside furnace repair company try to fix the issue.   We even went as far as replacing his (3 year
    old)furnace.  I do not believe that Mr.
    ******** went without heat longer than a few hours at a time as every time
    heating company went to the apartment they did not leave until the furnace was
    working.  We believe at this point his
    furnace issues have been resolved.  Unfortunately,
    the furnace technician dealing with the manufacturer of the furnace had an extremely
    difficult time isolating the problem, we believe and hope it is finally behind
    us.  If in the future his furnace fails again,
    we will be there to address any and all issues.
