I like to support small local business and needed a few mattresses as I just moved into a home.
      I purchased a queen set first $578
with delivery. After only a month I noticed dents in the bed from sleeping on it I thought ok well it's a cheap bed.
And used this local mattress person for a king size and a better quality set made in the USA with a 10yr warranty I was told.
6/7/22 purchased and received in the next few days. I leave town for winter months 12/22 until 4/21/23 so again slept on 6 full months. When Jay dropped off the king set I showed him the dents in the queen and he's says it's under
1 1/2 inches to jump on it every night to get to that mark of 1 1/2. I'm not going to do that ( just in case ) the warranty isn't fulfilled and it's an extra bedroom bed.
So now with the king set I'm told to email pictures of measurements and the top of the whole mattress to show there are no stains. A week goes by and I received an email back saying it's not cover yet as it looks like I'm pushing on mattress to make the measurements
And they use red circles and lines on my pictures to benefit them. And was told to use my hand to smooth out the mattress
Jays store is 30mins away I would think he would be the one coming over to take
Measurements and to see in person as any pictures can be discouraging and not show depth in an email.
He had showed me with the queen bed how to Measure with yardstick and measuring tape.
At this point if they refuse to honor the warranty I may just want a refund for both and not have any future Business with this person
Pictures are with the company's red markings and notes as a response
again your not able to see the dents in the bed and I was showing the whole mattress to show no stains on it

      Business Response

BBB spoke with Jay at the business and the following was relayed: This customer bought a King size mattress.  It has a small indentation.  To be deemed defective by the warranty, an indentation needs to be 1 and 1/2 inches deep without being pushed down.  She submitted photos to us but right now the mattress is nowhere near defective.  It does not meet the requirements to be replaced by the warranty.  This mattress has a 10 year warranty and it is around year 1 right now.  If down the line, in a few years or something, if it does meet the 1 and 1/2 inch indentation requirement without being pressed on or pushed down, then she can submit again and we can reevaluate.  But right not it is just simply nowhere near deflective.
