    I asked K&S Construction to install 4 foot steps to my porch. K&S Construction failed in many ways to do anything to my specifications.

    The crew that showed up to my home to complete the service did not provide 4 foot steps. In fact the measurements were incorrect and Mr. Perez had to go and get more wood.

    I also had a piece of wood that I specifically said not to use and that I would return because it was split in half. As you can see from the pictures, it was used.

    There was also 4 feet of concrete that was provided for the base of the steps. Which was installed incorrectly. Not only does it protrude from the stairs, it is also uneven causing the steps to move up and down.

    The crew that installed the stairs also cut the bottom stair and made it much shorter than the others.

    Finally, as you can see from the photos. A crew member cut a piece of wood out of my porch. Which was never replaced.

    Mr. Perez was made aware of these issues several times and he chose not to rectify it.
