We are sorry for the delays that you've been experiencing with your reward. As our customer support team explained, the program sponsor is experiencing processing delays in fulfilling some of its rewards. We do not have any control over this issue. We have made the program sponsor aware of your frustration and they are doing their best to get your reward to you as soon as possible. You are also welcome to contact the program sponsor directly using the contact information that our customer support team provided to you via email. Again, we are sorry for the delay and for your frustration. If it has not arrived already, we expect that your reward will arrive shortly.

This company issued my reward that I earned through participation in an online community. I redeemed the award, and went about my business. Well today, I return to my phone, opened my browser (which was still on their website because I didn't close the page out before I went to bed). My browser does an automatic refresh for some reason; I have no clue why it does this, but it's been doing it for a couple of years now. The page refreshed, and I was greeted with a message stating that they are turning over all of my information to their security team due to suspicious activity? What suspicious activity??? It then showed the device I'm using, the browser, the timestamp, my location, and my IP address. It scared me, and it's a huge violation of my privacy. Your security team has absolutely no business getting and retaining my personal information for something so trivial! I'm not a criminal and shouldn't be investigated for anything. I had a reward on your website, and acted accordingly. To others, just be aware of this company and its practices. All of your information is logged, and can possibly lead to a bogus investigation.
