    I called Southtowns concrete on Friday morning trying to get an estimate to install concrete in my garage and the apron leading up to it. Charlie returned my call immediately and said he would try to come that day. I received a call later that afternoon and he said he was on his way out to me. When he arrived he scoped out what I wanted and he had an estimate for me within minutes and said he could do it Monday if we agreed on everything. The price was very reasonable and Charlie and his crew were there at 6:30 am and gone by early afternoon. His crew was very courteous and knowledgeable. Very professional have to give them 5 star rating.

    Charles installed concrete steps and driveway at my house. Very poor attention to detail - form off by nearly 2 inches, crack at corner after 3 days, horrible broom finish. When confronted he justified his sloppy work by saying my 20’ x 50’ driveway was a “massive job”. Offered up horrible band aid fixes that will look worse than the existing work. There’s no excuse for their mistakes except pure laziness. Job could have looked really good with that last 10% of effort. If you have any sense of attention to detail stay away from Charles and his crew
